Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
